2024년 2월 나이아가라 지역(Niagara Region) 주택매매 동향

 

나이아가라 지역은 2024년 2월에 총 519채의 주택이 팔린것으로 집계되는데요,

이는 2023년 2월의 449채보다는 약 15.6% 증가하였네요.

2024년 2월에 새로 리스팅 된 주택은 1073채였으며,

이는 2023년 2월의 817채보다 약 31.3% 증가하였습니다.

​

2024년 2월에는 집이 팔리기까지 기간이 평균 48일이며,

2023년 2월 또한 동일하게 평균 48일이 걸렸습니다.

2024년 2월 평균 판매 가격은 $619,600이며,

이는 2023년 2월 평균 판매 가격인 $636,200에 비해 2.6% 감소하였으며,

2024년 1월 평균 판매 가격인 $616,200에 비해 0.6% 증가하였습니다.
