2024년 1월 나이아가라 지역(Niagara Region) 주택매매 동향

 

나이아가라 지역은 2024년 1월에 총 357채의 주택이 팔린것으로 집계되는데요,

이는 2023년 1월의 302채보다는 약 18.2% 증가하였네요.

​

2024년 1월에 새로 리스팅 된 주택은 882채였으며,

이는 2023년 1월의 771채보다 약 14.4% 증가하였습니다.

​

2024년 1월에는 집이 팔리기까지 기간이 평균 54일이며,

2023년 1월 또한 평균 57일이 걸렸습니다.

​

2024년 1월 평균 판매 가격은 $616,200이며,

이는 2023년 1월 평균 판매 가격인 $626,800에 비해 1.7% 감소하였으며,

2023년 12월 평균 판매 가격인 $617,000에 비해 0.1% 감소하였습니다.
