캐나다 부동산 리얼터 (Realtor) 시험- Simulation Session 1

2021년 1월 15일에 캐나다 온타리오주 리얼터 프로그램 (Humber College)중 simulation session 1 - Residential시험을 봤어요.

스케줄이 따라 일정이 다르지만 저는 월요일부터 금요일까지 하는 스케줄을 선택했고 Fee: $750이였습니다.

월요일부터 목요일까지 하루에 8시간씩 Full로 공부하고 금요일은 2:30p.m.까지 공부한후 3시에 vitual exam을 봤어요.

요즘은 Covid19때문에 온라인으로만 모든것들이 진행이됩니다.

리얼터가 되기위해 Pre-Registration Phase와 Post-Registration Phase를 공부합니다.

저는 엊그제 Simulation session 1을 패스하고 이제 Course 4를 시작했어요.
